Sprint Training
Location: Chickiba Park, East Ballina
Days: Tue (5pm) , Fri (5pm), Sunday (4:30pm)
Ages: Tue & Fri (9's+), Sun (all ages)
Time: 5:00pm (approx 50min - 1hrs)
Cost: $10/session cash on the day
What to bring: Drink bottle, joggers and spikes. Optional but useful- Yoga mat/towel/chair/hat/sunnies
Additional info: Please ensure any medications, sunscreen and mozzie spray/roll-on are also packed for summer training. Wet weather cancellations will be made via the Northern Rivers Athletics Coaching facebook page which will be shared on our website.

- Correct warm up protocols
- Sprint specific technical components
- Acceleration and top speed mechanics
- Speed "endurance"
- Block starts
- Breathwork
And many more tips useful for both competition or an active lifestyle which involves sprinting.
