2025/2026 Training Schedule

Training sessions will be afforded to registered athletes as an add on for the 2025/2026 season.
Athletes can register for and attend as many sessions as they like with either a training or competitive registration by signing up to a chosen training program. We welcome athletes from any club, so long as they are a registered member.

These sessions are at additional cost and run by our experienced & accreditted coaches in proven programs.

This season we will offer the following session types:

Sprints - Tuesdays, Fridays 5:00pm (Athletes in 9's+) & Sundays 5:00pm (All ages)
Jumps - Thursdays at 5:00pm
Throws - Please send through expressions of interest
Middle/Long Distance - Please send through expressions of interest

These are age appropriate sessions which assist skill and technique development for Littles to open athletes improve in sprint and jumps capacity.

These are casual sessions progressed within our programs, it is recommended that athletes are consistent with training.

WINTER TRAINING

As the club is closed during the winter season please follow Northern Rivers Athletics Coaching for training availability over the winter months and register for regular winter training through the Stack Team App by search for 'NR Athletics Coaching' and requesting membership.

NR Athletics Coaching will also be offering a clinic in the school holidays to support athletes wanting more detailed assistance - keep an eye out on our socials for this
