Zenon Kowalczyk
AA LVL3 - SHR|Jumps
Accreditted level 3 performance development coach who has successfully assisted his squad of local athletes to obtain state titles, reach national finals, medals and beak Australian records. His passion for coaching is evident with the amount of hours spent coaching and number Ballina athletes who have starred on a national stage.
Zenon holds specialisation as a sprint and jumps coach providing him with knowledge on how to assist power athletes for events including sprinting 100-400m, hurdle events, and assisting jumpers in long|triple|high jump. Zenon is a proud continuous learner and is relentless in continuing to accumulate information for the benefit of the athletes he works with.
As a data analyst Zenon has an astute knowledge and interest in utilising quality data provisions to assist athletes and has developed a strong evidence based approach to imperfect training programs and their value propositions. These programs have been used consistently to repeat performance improvement year after year for athletes who participate and trust in his coaching process. Zenon has acces to digital timing products and methods for measuring performance so you never have to rely on an opinion or second guess performance improvement.

Katie has a strong history in athletics with a background in sprinting and jumps maintaining regional records and having regular repeated performances at a state level.
Katie is passionate about assisting young athletes find their passion through athletics and being a strong female role model. Keen to assist the next superstars of the sport in the Ballina community.

A strong administrator who enjoys seeing athletes have fun. Briony lead our Tiny Tots programs last year to tremendous appluase and has a keen interest in seeing everyone develop their love for the sport no matter their age or ability.
